Family and friends are everything. My wife and I have lived, worked and contributed to the Hudson Valley community for over 50 years. This is our home. Our outlook on life is informed by the long-held values of our community in which hard work, personal accountability, honesty, community involvement and good neighborliness makes a better place for all of us.
Growing up in Dutchess County, I graduated from John Jay High School and continued, like many others going to Dutchess Community College and then to Marist College. A few years ago I decided to go back and obtain my MBA from SUNY Empire State. My wife and I raised our three kids here with our oldest graduating from Roosevelt and our two youngest graduating from Millbrook. Now our oldest is raising his three kids (our grandkids) here too.
I’ve been a small business owner for most of my life. At one point in time, having over 50 people working in my company and financing over $100 Million a year in mortgages. My wife and I are vested in our community. We volunteer on many committees and in many organizations. We eat and shop local. We support the community as the community has supported us. This is who we are and what I will bring to Albany.
